A freelance curatorial project, produced to coincide with the Woven Festival of 2023. .

Stitching a quilt can be an act of protest, a gesture of care, or an opportunity to connect. This exhibition represented a wide range of approaches to quiltmaking. It featured the Threads of Survival quilts made across the UK during the Covid-19 pandemic. The exhibition also featured an extensive selection of quilts stitched by individuals and communities across Kirklees.
